Brazil training

its not very many weeks left to worlds in brazil !

im doing alot hand and wrist training .... healing takes longer but you have to work on ur weak areas right ?

today have been a lazy day .. made swedish meatballs with mushroom sauce! YUM!

it turned out very tasty =)

thats about it.. im gonna try to show updates more often now before Brazil + today my diet starts to make once again 121lbs (55kg).

In the sport of armwrestling im also referee !

i prefer to pull more or watch but I do know the WAF rules at the table even tho its very hard to judge  some of the stuff that happens on the table ... so for all the waf reff's out there thank you for having to deal with us! haha

I'm Back !!

year 2012 have been so far so good !

spent 5weeks back home in sweden to visit my family and got to be a reff and a price giver for the swedish nationals ! then I have been in Canada for the Mike Gould classic and placed 2nd against the strongest female in Canada - Barb Zalepa.

Now this last weekend when European championship was, we had the Nationals in Reno,NV and i took 1st place both arms so im in the Team USA once again! this year worlds will be held in Brazil!!! I have the motivation back its for the first time ever for me its hard to sitt home and rest!! I cant even belive it ! Im the one who wanna go back to the gym ! wow..

Congratz to all the medalists from Team Sweden ! great job! special from the master class !

Sarah Backman took 1st place both arms 70kg!

Heidi Andersson placed 2nd left & 3rd right 80kg!

Fia Reisek placed 1st place in both arms 65kg!

Carolina Pettersson placed 3rd both arms in the 55kg !

Ann Johansson placed 3rd place right arm in 60kg  !

Great job ladies !

the whole summer will end up busy for me with training and diet.

and try to find sponsorship for the Brazil trip! wish me luck!

Me VS Fever

much better today! no more tummy ache, still fever but much better today then yesterday! yay!

I am soo bored and sick of sitting in the house .. but what can you do when you must rest ?? haha !

tonight im gonna be a dork again and watch all the twilight movies ! =D I cant wait till the new movie is out !

This Dr Pihl crap on TV aint working for me ! .. its been on every freaking time im waking up !! yesterday I was thinking about doing something diffrent at the gym when I get back in training and see if it works.. just focus on parts im weak in and keep up with really heavy weight and have goals for the end of week and maybe that will keep me motivated now if I put up goals ? we will see .. =D have fun and enjoy ur saturday! /Em

Canada

sitting home and are sick! so why not write some?

the end of the summer I started to babysitt one of my friends baby boy!

he is soo cute and he always make me smile ! I do enjoy it alot, BUT nooo people Im not planning to have one of my own yet ! still young and I wanna do alot of stuff before i am having one. dont get me wrong I love kids but i am not ready for one yet. Last weekend I took the plane to Canada  and was in the competition 8 round robin. only got 4th place but I had a great time with all the girls. Mark took us to the Niagra Falls in a party bus! Niagra falls is soo amazing to see always taking my breath away..  I dont know what events we will go to next .. I hope we can make it to the swedish nationals at the end of january. its really close to where my family lives and would be perfect to go and see everyone compete. Today will be only sleeping and watch movies. Have a great weekend everyone !/Em
