Sunday and still Alive!

Still in pain but much better then before.

I cant wait till its all over!

coming up- Arnold Classic

then its almost time for visit home to SWEDEN!!!

I cant wait.. family, friends, food and the smell ! =D

last year we had it really busy when we visit sweden.

first we went to Mallorca to have supermatches.

then sweden to try to visit everyone .

then off to Italy for worlds.. then back to sweden again and

then back to US .. puuh.. ALOT! but this year we only

gonna travel to germany to compete. then the rest stay in

sweden and have fun and enjoy are visit.
